Preconditions

1. It is prohibited to operate a speed boat by a person who does not hold a valid speed boat driving license.

2. The speed boat driving license shall be issued by the port authority after successful examinations and if the person concerned complies with the following preconditions cumulatively.

a) He/she has reached the age of 18 years.

b) He/she is physically and mentally healthy

c) He/she knows swimming

d) He/she has Issued a Greek Tax Registration Number (FVC)

e) He/she has received at least 6 hours of theoretical and 6 hours of practical training at any approved speed boat operator’s training school.
