Become a captain for a while by renting a boat (no speedboat license required if the engine is up to 30 hp) and explore the beaches of Ammouliani and the islands of Drenia (Gaidouronisia), swim in their deep blue waters, have lunch in a seaside tavern, enjoy the sunset from the sea.
Visit the monasteries of Mount Athos. If you are lucky you might meet a herd of dolphins.
If you don't have any experience at sea, you can rent the boat with its captain or take some lessons to gain the experience that will make you feel safe.
